EuBI-Bridge Conversion Examples for GUI

This tutorial is to be followed on the Bioimage Analysis Desktop (BAND)

Activate the conda environment:

source /scratch/miniforge3/etc/profile.d/mamba.sh
source /scratch/miniforge3/etc/profile.d/conda.sh
mamba activate /nfs/scratch/datadays/envs/datadays

Start the application:

eubi-gui

Configure GUI size:

If the GUI size is too small, click the settings button on the right top and increase the frame size. This requires to close and restart the app to be effective.

Find the example input data for conversion here:

/scratch/common/data

Save the output data for conversion in your home directory:

$HOME/datadays_out # Replace $HOME with your home directory path

Find useful config files here: /scratch/datadays/eubi_configs These configs provide decent cluster configurations for different scenarios.
